Whether it's a blooming tomato plant, a fresh clutch of chicks, or a litter of wiggly Aussie pups, we believe in doing things the right way from the very beginning. For us, that means choosing a non-toxic lifestyle and not just for our family, but for our animals too.

Why Non-Toxic Living Matters for Puppies

Puppies are more sensitive than you might think. Their little bodies are still developing, and just like human babies, they’re more vulnerable to chemicals found in everyday household products. From the floor cleaners they walk on to the bedding they snuggle into, toxins can quietly sneak in and affect their health in the long run.

We’ve made it our mission to create a safe, toxin-free environment to give our puppies the best possible start. That means paying attention to every detail.......from what we clean with, to how we wash their blankets, to the supplements we use to support mama dogs during pregnancy and nursing.

A Clean Barnyard, The Natural Way

Around here, we don’t reach for the harsh stuff. We clean with plant-based products that are safe for both kids and critters (thanks to our partnership with The Wellness Company). No bleach, no ammonia, no overpowering chemical smells. Just effective, safe, natural cleaning that keeps our space fresh and our animals healthy.

We use non-toxic laundry detergent for all puppy bedding, chemical-free sprays on the floors where puppies play, and gentle shampoos for their first bath. It’s peace of mind, knowing their little paws and noses aren’t absorbing anything harmful.

What You Breathe Matters Too

Puppies rely heavily on scent to understand their world and synthetic fragrances and chemical air fresheners can do more harm than good. That’s why we use essential oil-based sprays (in moderation) and focus on clean air, open windows, and plenty of fresh sunshine in the whelping area.
